Songs To Your Eyes
The short version: this service has no accounts, sets no cookies, and stores nothing that identifies you.
What this service is. mcp.songstoyoureyes.com lets AI assistants search the Songs To Your Eyes production-music catalogue and play watermarked audio previews. It is operated by Songs To Your Eyes ("we").
What we collect. To improve the catalogue, we log search queries (the text of the music brief and any filters, e.g. genre or duration), result counts, and which tracks' preview pages and audio are opened. These logs contain no IP address, no user identifier, no account, no session and no cookie — there is nothing in them that ties a query to a person. We do not receive or store any other part of your conversation with your AI assistant.
Infrastructure. Requests pass through our hosting providers (Fly.io for the server, Supabase for the database, Cloudflare for audio storage), which process standard connection data (such as IP addresses) transiently to deliver the service and protect it from abuse, under their own privacy policies. We apply per-IP rate limiting in memory only; those counters are discarded within minutes and are never written to storage.
Retention. Anonymous usage logs are kept while they are useful for improving the catalogue and may be deleted at any time.
Sharing. We do not sell or share any collected data with third parties.
Licensing. Buying a licence happens on our separate licensing service, which has accounts and purchases and its own policy: Privacy & Cookies Policy — licensing service.
Children. The service is not directed at children and collects no personal data from anyone.
Changes. We will post any changes to this policy on this page.
